Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use trontransfer.com, app.trontransfer.com or the TronTransfer API (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. What the Service does
TronTransfer helps you send USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON network for a flat fee. You sign two transactions in your own wallet: a fee to our fee address (in TRX, or in USDT if you choose to pay the fee in USDT) and your USDT transfer. We confirm the fee, delegate the network energy your transfer needs, and then broadcast your signed USDT transfer. We also offer free recipient checks and paid AML reports.
2. Non-custodial
We never hold your funds and never have your private keys or seed phrase. A signed transaction can only do what you signed: we can’t change its recipient or amount. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys and the transactions you sign.
3. Fees
- The fee is shown before you sign. If you pay it in TRX from your own wallet, you need enough TRX for the fee (and a small buffer) as well as the USDT you send. If you choose to pay it in USDT, your wallet must already be activated on TRON and hold enough USDT for the amount plus the fee; the USDT fee is higher than the TRX fee.
- Fees move with the TRX price and the network’s energy price; the amount you sign is the amount you pay.
- The fee is paid on-chain before your USDT transfer is sent. If the energy can’t be delegated in time, your USDT is not sent, but the fee has already been paid and is not refunded automatically. If the network rejects your USDT transfer (for example, if your wallet doesn’t hold enough USDT), the fee is also spent. Contact us if something goes wrong and we’ll look into it.
- AML reports are charged per report, as shown before you pay.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check the recipient address and amount before you sign. Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed, and we can’t recover funds sent to the wrong address.
- You must be at least 18 and allowed to use services like this where you live.
- Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sending funds to or from sanctioned persons or places. Don’t abuse, overload or attack the Service or the API.
- You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your transfers.
5. Checks and refusals
Recipient checks and AML reports are informational. They rely on third-party data, can be incomplete or wrong, and aren’t legal or compliance advice. We may refuse, delay or stop serving any transfer or address, for example if it appears on a blacklist or sanctions list, or to protect users and the Service.
6. Third parties and the network
The Service depends on the TRON network, Tether’s USDT contract, energy providers, data providers and hosting. We don’t control them. Network congestion, outages, contract changes or a blacklisting by Tether can delay or prevent a transfer.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or a particular price.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, your keys, wrong addresses, third parties or the TRON network. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the transfer concerned.
9. Changes
We may update the Service or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
